What kind of movement? Since Larissa was old enough to walk, she has been dancing! When she hears music, she sees movement—whether it be a squat or a plié. She has trained in all forms of dance including ballet, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, modern, and tap.

Larissa has been an AFAA certified Aerobics Instructor since 1998. Currently, Larissa holds certifications and licenses to teach  Balletone, Barre Above, BOOTCAMP, Les Mills Body Pump, Pop Pilates, Trigger Point, Zumba, and Water Aerobics.

Currently, she teaches various formats at Rockville Swim and Fitness Center and Gold's Gym.

What does she speak about? Since Larissa learned how to talk...she hasn't stopped talking! (Just ask her friends and family!) She loves to tell stories and share information - old and new - in fun, engaging ways full of movement and energy.

Through Toastmasters International, she is a Competent Communicator and has given speeches, presentations, and workshops to thousands of people of all ages from K through Gray (Kindergarten through senior centers). See her in action below.

What is Laughter Yoga? Everyone wants health and happiness in their lives. But instead they're stressed out, depressed, getting less sleep, more negative thoughts, and feeling isolated. Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea – simple and profound. An exercise routine, it is sweeping the world as a complete well-being workout. 

Larissa was certified as a Laughter Yoga Instructor in October 2018 by Bharata Wingham in Yogaville, Virginia. Since then, she has been laughing and giggling and chuckling every day. She provides in-person and virtual workshops for groups of all sizes—whether for team building or for wellness. Laughter is one element of how she edutains groups of all ages and sizes.
