Laugh
Trained as a Laughter Teacher and Leader by the renowned
Dr. Madan Kataria himself, Larissa leverages this expertise to alleviate stress, uplift moods, strengthen bonds, attract others, foster teamwork, and enhance group cohesion.
When was the last time you laughed for no reason?
In our culture, especially in the workplace, laughter is seen as a reactive activity- we usually need an impetus to cause us to laugh like a video of kittens playing, or a comedy show, or sometimes watching someone fall. In reality, you don’t need a reason to laugh. Laughter is a tool that we all have access to every single day - laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress. More importantly, laughter draws people together - this workshop will teach you the power of laughter and how to bring it into everything you do.
You don’t have to be a comedian/comedienne or have an amazing sense of humor - you just have to be curious and breathe.

MOVE
Since becoming a certified aerobics instructor in 1998, Larissa has kept pace with all movement trends and integrated the latest research findings into her sessions. Studies indicate that movement enhances focus, reduces stress, and boosts information retention.
In this virtual world, our movement has been significantly stymied. Yet, movement is vital for life and super easy to incorporate into our everyday meetings and schedule. Movement gives us healthy joints, strong bones, physical strength, good circulation; including cardiovascular circulation, good coordination and reflex reactivity; improved learning skills and concentration, and mental well-being. Without it we would deteriorate. But movement doesn’t have to be strenuous or time consuming.
Larissa provides you with simple ways to incorporate movement into your meetings, workshops, and your daily life - you just have to be curious and breathe.
Play
Play is not a four letter word - it is something that we should be incorporating into everything we do. From the satisfaction of breaking a sweat to the surprise of imagination, play teaches us to be human. In fact, societies depend on our ability to “play well together.”
Through play, we not only discover the joy of physical activity but reinforce the social and emotional skills needed in the workplace, and in life.
Larissa brings together the elements of laughter and movement to provide you with fun ways to add play to your day - you just have to be curious and breathe.
